A beautiful intimate setting here at Cara Mia Med Spa. So clean and organized. A bit tucked away in location but an easy find after the first time. Best to do is turn into Cafe Barista Plaza, park in the back, enter thru back ramp.Such an amazing experience with Hawraa at Cara Mia! She was attentive to my needs and concerns with my skin. Asked me necessary questions to customize my facial to know what products she was going to use. VERY informative with every product she used on my skin, so much so I had to walk away with a ZO SKIN HEALTH Gentle Cleanser!!! SOTIL Tree service did an excellent job trimming shrubs, cleaning out flower/shrub beds and transplanting a few shrubs for me. The crew was punctual, respectful of my property, friendly and very efficient. I have almost two landscaped acres and they finished the job and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend.

I genuinely could not recommend Sabrina and the team more highly. My specific stylists for the day were Taylor for hair and Sarah for make-up.Sabrina was a joy to work with for all the coordination - date, timing, number of ladies getting hair & makeup done, etc. And then Taylor and Sarah were simply FABULOUS. Super fun, professional, and incredibly adept at taking an inspiration picture and bringing it to life. All of my friends raved about the experience with these two!For me personally as the bride, they were a HUGE part of what made me feel absolutely stunning on the day. Taylor was kind enough to do a second hair trial with me to make sure I loved what we were going with (she was just as awesome at the first one, I just changed directions on what I wanted!). I enjoyed my experience here today! Sue takes her time. If you’re in a rush or only have an hour, try somewhere else. If you’re looking for quality and one and one, this is the place. She takes a lot of pride in her place and work. There isn’t a huge selection of gel color but the classics are all I choose so I was happy. She’s very clean and sanitary as well which is huge. I feel it’s not for everyone but it was exactly what I wanted. $40 gel manicure that was completely worth it. She prefers cash so make sure to bring that instead of card. Location is upstairs in suffield village market.

I've been going to this salon for just about a year - Traci does a truly excellent job, however, from my last appointment at the end of March to my appointment today, the cost of my haircut increased by $16, which I found out only when I went to pay. I was pretty blindsided - that's a significant increase that I wasn't prepared for, and had I known, I wouldn't have kept the appointment, it's simply not in my price range. The price I had been paying prior to today was already at the top of my budget. If you can afford their prices, and have wiggle room for surprise price increases, it's a great salon. I can't disparage the service I've received, I've been very happy with my hair, so they may well be worth the new, heftier price tag, but I've been to several other salons over the years that have made customers aware of price increases with considerable notice in advance before the change takes effect so no one is caught off guard - perhaps that's something this salon could consider in the future when raising prices, ESPECIALLY when it's a sizable jump, as this was. An increase can't always be absorbed by your customers - give people an opportunity to go elsewhere if they can't afford the new pricing rather than putting them in an uncomfortable position as I was.

I contacted Shawn after having another company perform an inspection and receiving a quote for an astronomical amount of work that did not seem to be legitimate. Shawn was professional, courteous, honest, fair, and provided me with peace of mind that my fireplace and chimney were in sound working order and were not in need of repairs. He thoroughly cleaned the chimney which was allegedly beyond repair and unusable per the first company.
