I highly recommend WT Bradley & Son for there ability to make a duplicate key for your E-Bike battery. Dakota was excellent to find a blank key that was a match for my Battery, My Jasion E-Bike doesn't offer key replacements & of course I lost one of the two given. I suggest to bring your battery it helped Dakota to find a solution to my problem and made a key from my spare. He was able to craft a key to work and worked with no problem. I have total faith in his ability to solve any problem. I can't say enough about the other employees I met that work there, very friendly. I will be referring their services to other in the future. Was helping our daughter in Fairfield CT. Doug promptly and adroitly answered my questions. Bob and Jake performed with grace and professionalism. An outstanding job from start to finish. These guys are the best. Period.

Always friendly, courteous, knowledgable service. These guys are the BEST at cutting keys! The keys ALWAYS work. I would'nt go to home depot for a key if my life depended on it!PLEASE do yourself a favor and stop in to see these guys for keys or locks of any type. THEY'RE WONDERFUL!!
