Wow! Arrived early, walked our property, then cleaned every nook and cranny of the outside of our house---bilco doors, porch, and even our grill and patio table---for the estimated price. Such attention to detail and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!!! We just had our house power washed, it was so green from mildew. I was amazed at the beautiful job they did, looks like a brand new house! They even reached the balcony and railings over looking the yard. On top of that they were professional and on time. I'm very happy!

We've used Trans-Clean twice now: once for our roof; and once for patio flagstones around our pool (and stone stairs leading to it). They gave us quotes in advance of each project, quickly. They knowledgably and patiently reassured me when I asked questions about possible damage from their techniques, and in ways that didn't sound like a sales job. Their scheduling was pleasant, accurate and timely. Their guy showed up on time, exactly. He was friendly and professional. They described what they could and couldn't do honestly (e.g., a couple of our north-facing roofs had a lot of moss and lichen growing on the shingles. Trans-Clean said they'd look a lot better but to expect a residue where the roots of the older, deeper growth was. It's pretty subtle, not as bad as I feared. I really appreciated that they didn't say "oh, it'll come out perfectly" and then make excuses.) Overall, the results were remarkable. Our roof looked brand new (except that one spot as described above, and even that was way, way better looking). The guy they sent, Issac, was respectful of our property, cleaned up after himself and didn't damage any other part of the house and grounds - which can sometimes happen with contractors. He finished on time. The billing was accurate and descriptive. They supply their own water, which was vital to us since we didn't want to drain our well. That was over six months ago and the roof still looks great. We recently called them back for the patio flagstones and the same guy did another great job. Their charges seem reasonable for the amount of time and equipment they devote to the job. It can be tough to find great service in Fairfield County. We are absolutely delighted by the quality of the work and our overall experience with Trans-Clean. We'd recommend them without hesitation to any of our neighbors needing any kind of power washing. We're totally satisfied and will definitely use them again the next time we have a need.
