The Pet Hospital staff are great with my QTip, and so patient with his Dad & I.Sometimes we negotiate what we can do right away and what we can’t and they never make us feel less than, on the contrary the staff gives us best recommendations on what to get first, etc. They do have a credit program but for those of us who rather not they serve us with the utmost courtesy and respect! Love the clinic, staff is always nice and friendly, I rescue a little kitten of about 4 weeks old and they make my appt as soon as they could just to make sure he was ok. And the doctor she’s amazing she give a lot of advices about how to take care of the little one. And I also have my pup there so . Best clinic ever!

They work so well with fearful dogs. We've been bringing our timid rescue pup (adult, 30 lbs at time of rescue) here for about 7 years and they're always reliable. They did several visits at the start just to get to know her and get her used to being there without being poked and prodded. She is always happy to go now and they have been great with COVID regulations. I bring her in even to get her nails trimmed because I trust they can do it without traumatizing her.
