I am completely fed up with Solvit Home Services ever since they were acquired by HARP. I had a central air system installed 3.5 years ago and have had a number of issues with it. Lemon law? HA. Trying to get an update or a status from their representatives is impossible…I never get a call back when they tell me they will, and I have to chase down a status and call them repeatedly, only to be told “we don’t have an update, but we’ll call you back.” Their appointment scheduling leaves much to be desired. I had an appointment scheduled one evening between 6-10PM. My appointment was confirmed via text, but I never got a phone call from their dispatch to tell me their technician was running late. I got a phone call at 11:30PM from the tech saying they could be at my house in 30-40 mins. So you expect me to have my air conditioning inspected and worked on after midnight? Seriously? I am at my wits end with this company. I have been waiting for a warranty part on my AC to come in for over a week, and have had to call multiple times just to get a status. I was told it would be escalated to an Operations Manager and could expect a call. Surprise surprise, I haven’t heard a peep.
Terrible customer service. Individual technicians I have worked with are polite, knowledgeable and professional. However, the company has frustrating technical support policies that make booking services and getting phone support very difficult. Their billing and pricing is also confusing and random.
I was referred by Energy kinetics for service on my furnace.They gave me an appointment for 11/11 at 3 to 6 .. they never showed up or called me. When I called them to find out what happened they said my appoint was 11/15 from 3 to 6 P.M. so I made arrangements to be home at 2.30 P.M.for them, again and no show or phone call. I salled back and they said was 11.22 3 to 6 P.M.Well today they called and told me they couldn't make this one and I needed to reschedule.These people are unreliable and I won't reschedule after this experience.
