My family and I recently reached out to Roto-Rooter for a bathroom issue, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Our plumber, Edvard, was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We're so impressed with the service that we'll definitely contact Roto-Rooter for any future needs!
My plumber was on vacation. I called another plumber who was quite rude and wouldn’t come out on a holiday weekend. He wanted me to wait three more days without a sink. I called Roto rooter and they came out that night and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a big problem and Mike gave us important information to avoid further problems.
From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Mike arrived within an hour and quickly diagnosed our problem (our branch line needed to be cleaned with a snake) and one hour later had the problem fixed. Very clean, professional, and polite. We’re quite impressed. Highly recommend.
