Because it’s rare to have an amazing experience when you must do unexpected home improvement, I think when it does happen, a review is warranted.We needed a new roof. Ours was leaking into the attic, things were not good. We did the responsible thing and received 3 different quotes: the first was a smooth talker. Nice guy, had his presentation dialed in. And at the end I could see why. $$$$. I’m sure they are a great company, I personally felt like I was paying for the gorgeous powerpoint presentation and slick sales pitch as much as a new roof. Rodyben Construction did an amazing job on my roof for two of our buildings. All new EDPM with new gutters as well. His work is guaranteed and prices are super fair. While there they also do a full rehab on the apartments and are very professional. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future for other projects.
We hired Rodyben to replace the roof on a rentail property. The job was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was great. The work was only recently completed so we have not seen the impact of weather on the roof. However based on the workmanship we don't expect any issues. We certainly will hire them again for other jobs and recommend them.
