I come here all the time, and the staff is the absolute best. Justin, Bree, and Theresa are amazing so helpful and accommodating and kind to customers. I’ve witnessed them deal with a difficult person with grace and professionalism. Company should be very proud to have them!!

I’m in love with PBT. My tan is ALWAYS ON FLEEK ..?? Especially bc I don’t have time to go to the beach and lay out. I get a natural looking tan . I have the monthly deal and you can go everyday if you want. I use the JWOW DYNAMIC DARK INTENSIFIER . Hands down I recommend Palm Beach Tan..???????

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how fortunate you are to have Teresa Rieder and Janika at your Stratford location. I too work in a customer service environment, they are so friendly when you walk in. You can see them smiling thru their masks, very impressive! Teresa prides herself (and she should) on knowing your name and what you like. Everyone here is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products, I credit Teresa with this.... she is the manager for a reason. During COVID I have noticed that people always take a minute to complain, why? Do they not have enough to do. I try to point out the good.
