I have been having problems wearing progressives for years. I have tried big box stores, large private practices and even glasses from the Internet. None seemed to work right and were too difficult for me to adjust to. After visiting Grover, I come to find out that I have never been measured correctly and/or the lenses were not created correctly. Here, I felt like he spent time with me, did not push any particular technology and didn't feel the assembly line feeling or the pushy feeling I got from the places I tried previously. If you are happy with your current provider I see no reason to change but if you have been having difficulty with your glasses I think this might be a great place to try. He also gave me all my measurement information before I asked. Try getting that at a chain. Their dog was there, quiet, fluffy, soft and smelling clean sitting at my feet. Like a therapy dog :-)
I was impressed with the level of professionalism Brian had. I found this establishment by luck on an emergency search and was not disappointed. He thoroughly explained how to wear glasses correctly and took the time to help me with several other issues I had with a couple of my frames. I will be going here whenever I need anything optical related. Really good experience and his knowledge base is top notch. Good person and good business.
What a wonderful experience! Maribeth was amazing; fun, upbeat and entirely professional. She was so helpful and found just what I was looking for, with no pressure whatsoever -- at a better price than I could have expected. Why pay the same for second-rate eyeglasses when you can get the very best? And because the lenses are made on-site, they are essentially custom made, in half the time or less. So refreshing to find a business whose employees take pride in what they do, continually strive for excellence, and actually LISTEN to their customers.
