Not only did he fix my problem, but he was very helpful with me in setting up the app. He was well-spoken, professional and knowledgeable.
Phil M arrived on time, was professional and friendly, showed me where wires were fraying and offered several solutions, fixed that issue and vetoed the remainder of the system was working properly. I will definitely call Encon again!
