I have used this company now for about 3-4 years for various rugs and carpet at both my small business, previous home, and our new house. Our first experience was with having an oriental rug cleaned, which I was very nervous about due to the delicate nature of those types of rugs (and it was quite expensive). Vic was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable upon my initial questions. We had the rug taken to their location to be "deep cleaned", and I must say it was like a brand new rug when he brought it back! They did an amazing job! I didn't realize how shabby it must have been, until we saw it cleaned. The rug came back with no quality issues at all.
