Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who were not only friendly but also bilingual, speaking both English and Portuguese. They went above and beyond by offering us coffee, water, and even a delightful breakfast spread reminiscent of the offerings in Brazil, complete with coffee cake and the famous cheese bread.
Our hair stylists, Pedro and Bira, were absolute professionals. They listened attentively to our preferences and delivered exceptional results. My haircut by Pedro and my son's by Bira were both fantastic, leaving us thoroughly satisfied with the outcome.
