The nail tech took a lot of care shaping my nails and making sure the polish started at my cuticle line. I appreciated her effort and left a good tip.
This was a 3-star experience, but she did a very careful job with painting so close to the cuticle which is why I am leaving 4 stars. The overall experience was just ok, not exceptional. Color isn’t what I asked for, the French tips aren’t perfect, there are spots/bubbles in a few nails, and one nail is noticeably more rounded from the polish application. Young did a fantastic job on my pedicure! Toes looked amazing when she was done, and she had her work cut out for her! Thorough and attentive and well-priced! I got the “Vitamin Spa Pedicure”. Super clean and everyone was very welcoming!
I started going to Cozy Nails when I worked in downtown Mystic because it was convenient. I continue to go because it’s great. I get mani, pedi, eyebrow waxing and chair massages. Always clean, fast and friendly. Cash gets you a discount and they have a loyalty card. Highly recommend the DND color eggplant. I’ve gotten more compliments than I can count.
