This is a family owned business that cares so much about the products they sell and the installation that they perform.Mike, my salesman, was very knowledgeable about the Okna 500 series windows and he was also responsive to all my questions. Honest, no pressure and presented very very competitive prices.The customer service support team (Lisa) was on top of all aspects of the job.
