My increasingly lethargic Tibetan Terrier collapsed at a road stop while we were on a trip from Pittsburgh to Maine. Spot on took us right away, and although the outcome wasn't what I wished for, I was met with clinical expertise and compassion. All of this happened to me on my very first visit.
