I've been coming here since last year. Last year I bought the buy 2 months get 1 free & I did it again this year. I've never used any bed below the super platinum so I can't speak on behalf of the lower beds but I can give my opinion on the beds, the cleanliness, the staff & the higher beds ! The owner & the girls are super welcoming & nice. They are very knowledgeable & can help you out if you don't really know much about tanning. Also, they are literally ALWAYS cleaning! The place is SPOTLESS. I don't have to worry about laying on anyone's germs or anything. The super platinum bed & diamond bed got me SUPER tan for only going for like a week! They're strong & you get great color! So glad we have a high quality tanning salon around here

My biggest complaint with Sunset Beach Tanning Resort is that they do not have a website. I think that if they had a website, it would bring in more business. Since they do not have a website, this review will highlight some key points as to why I am going to tan here and to provide other prospective customers with key information. (+) Their EFT memberships have a $0 start up fee! Most salon's start up fees are typically around $20. Their Silver EFT is 34.99/month (base package) (+) I also noticed that they have a lot of options for packages --- student discounts, monthly unlimited, weekly unlimited, buy X number of sessions, get X number of sessions free, etc. (+) Every Sunday, you can get a free bed upgrade if you have a membership. So I can go in on a Sunday and tan in a Gold level bed for free. Very cool. (+) Staff member (Jenna) was helpful. I wanted the silver unlimited package and she was not pushy with up-selling, which made me feel comfortable with her. I was also very impressed with the way she was able to assess my skin tone and calibrate a good amount of time to put me in the bed. I haven't been tanning in over 9 months and she recommended six minutes, which was a good guess: It has been about 4 hours, and I am not pink at all...I even notice a little base tan starting to form :) (+) They provide free goggles and fresh towels. The beds appeared clean and the rooms were well appointed with plenty of space. I brought my own lotion, so I am unsure of their bottle prices, but they did have a wide variety of brands. Hopefully this review helped other people, but I stress again, MAKE A WEBSITE!
