I use to go to prospect cleaners for my dry cleaning. But until yesterday.The worker gave me the wrong amount of change and told me "I was accusing his workers of stealing my money." That's far from the truth. I would recommend not paying in cash if you go there. I understand that mistakes happen, but they should have apologized.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I brought several shirts and my white linen button down shirt to get cleaned. Everything was completed except for the white linen shirt in a few days. I thought that was odd but then was told by the front desk that it would be ready in a day. I come back 2 days later and then I'm told that my shirt has a tear in it from being "pressed." Do not bring any article of clothing to this establishment. I wish I had read reviews before I made that mistake but you live and learn. Trust me it's worth it to drive outside of Stamford to get a quality job done. I hope I save someone the grief I went through.

I’ve using dry cleaning stores for years and this business has completely satisfied me and my needs. They are honest and reliable. The only time I had to wait for an item was because I stained a shirt and they didn’t want to give it back to me until it was good as new. I was happy to wait a bit.If you have any sort of issue they will work with you to resolve it fairly.I recommend this business.
