Ed, from Resource Systems, is knowledgeable, helpful, and fairly priced. He installed a new wifi network in our home. The initial consultation went smoothly, recommended items to be purchased were spot on, and the installation process was straightforward. Overall, a very positive experience.

Ed was a life-saver when I got myself in a computer jam. He quickly helped me solve that problem and then helped me get the maximum set up for a pesky old wifi extender. (In the meantime, he sped up an old computer while we were waiting for things to reboot.) It was also very helpful that he lives in North Stamford and has to deal with Optimum like the rest of us!! I highly recommend his services and will certainly use him again for computer issues and advice.

Ed came to help us with a number of technology related issues, including installation of new software, data recovery and hardware configurations. He came to our office very quickly after I reached out to him. He did a great job fixing all of our issues and we would certainly call him again. We finally feel like we have a reliable, good "tech guy" for our small office now. I would highly recommend using Ed and Resource Systems.
