This experience was top-notch from the moment we walked in. The vet assistant Diamond was as precious and as valuable as her name. Dr. Allen was by far the best vet we have encountered in the nearly 15 yrs we have had our current cat. The cat has had lots of problems over the years and has seen many doctors. This is the FIRST time we have gotten a cogent diagnosis!!!! Dr. Allen spent so much time with us that we got a crash course in Feline 101We WILL most definitely be back with our cat and any that we get in the future. Thank you PET SMART PET SERVICES OSPREY!!--
Went there 3 months ago and had my dog groomed. It was great. Went back a second time and it was terrible. Not the same cut. Also they charged a Handling fee of $10 because they couldn't trim her face. They said it was difficult. Had came in and out and the Staff was just hanging around. My dog on the table. What did they do for 4 hours. Not a hair cut!!! I also asked if they could trim her nails and the excuses are the same last two visits. Your dog was difficult. Very disappointed with these people! Went back to pick up dog and the person who trimmed her wasn't around. I wouldn't recommend this place. Big bucks but not good service.
I wasn't worried leaving my dog for boarding because there are windows and cameras in the boarding area. I felt comfortable knowing that there was transparency in that sense. However, my dog seemed a bit off when I picked her up from boarding. She is very outgoing and lovey, and she just wasn't like that when we picked her up. She seemed tired, so i assume they walked her around enough, but i didn't see any water dishes in the visible kennels. Not sure what happens there. The woman working the desk seemed kind and was very sweet with us, but we couldn't see our dog on any of the CCTV cameras or in the doggie playtime area which we paid extra for. She came home to us reeking of urine, which I suspect had to do with her urinating on herself in her kennel after not being let out properly. I believe they use an indoor bathroom facility and don't walk the dogs outside. I expect the back of this place is a warehouse with a big sheet of newspaper on the floor. IF THEY ASK IF YOUR DOG WILL NEED A BATH AFTER BOARDING, SAY YES. Even if they are spotless when you drop them off, they will at least be stinky when you get them.
