From the moment I walked in, she treated me with such warmth and genuine attention that I immediately felt comfortable and valued. I had such a wonderful experience at Palm Beach Tanning salon in Stamford CT! From the moment I walked in, Jillian made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every question I had, which intuitively led me to me choose the perfect month-long package for my needs. She was NOT at all “pushy” or “overly aggressive” when she explained in-depth the membership. I want to also point out how clean, relaxing, and well-maintained the Salon is. Great place, nice people, and very clean. As someone who has only tanned sporadically for years, I can confirm that I have had absolutely no issues canceling or restarting my monthly subscription for a few months, every year or two. They follow the corporate rules regarding pricing, and the prices are very straightforward. If you walk in, the prices for a single session are indeed very high, but a single session in a tanning bed doesn't do much, and I think this is likely to help steer people towards the much more cost effective monthly subscription.
