I have two young toddlers and they use my Oriental area rug as their napkin. Everything as been spilled on it and it looks horrible. The tech came to pic up the rug and of course, was on time. He reassured me that they would try their best to remove all the stains. The rug was delivered back and looked amazing. Highly recommended.
