Does anyone even work here? Are the telephones working? Why am I allowed to even give one star when this place doesn’t even run on a one star level! No one answers the phones, but when you go in there everyone sitting near a phone what sense does that make! The customer service is trash when they answer the phone they have attitudes! How are you mad when I’m the one waiting on hold for an hour? Seems like a bunch of duds working there. I’ll have a quicker time getting Chris brown on a phone. Health care is a top priority and this place doesn’t make there patients feel that way! Optimus customers do yourselves a favor and find a better primary!

In this hospital the staff is very unprofessional and they do not take calls at any time! And when they usually take the calls, they don't resolve anything and they don't return appointments, much less follow up on the patient. I'm going to change hospitals.

I should have believed the reviews. Literally waited in the doctor’s room for 40min. (Not waiting area, Doctors room) I guess Dr Rachel Ariella is the only one they have. Only positive was the lovely receptionist. Never again.
