Shout out to Mark for being the MVP. Boy did we have a debacle transpire just a day before with a different company. Thank goodness for my family, our experience with Murace was the complete opposite. Long story short, we contacted Murace on a Sunday for an emergency service call. Our refrigerator was holding my family hostage with a terrible smell coming from a bolted down spill tray under the unit. We knew what needed to be done but didn't have the equipment to make it happen. Mark came over and fixed everything in about 15 minutes. He was also able to quickly repair a mysterious leak that sprung up behind our refrigerator before we contacted him as well. Quick and efficient! We'll be sure to use Murace if we come across any future issues. Thanks, again.

They've done two jobs for me, both excellent. Replaced a faulty spicket outdoors and leaky toilet in spare bathroom. Friendly guys who come on time and do very good work, and the admins in the office who do the appointments and invoices are really personable, too.
