Responsive, appointment made quickly and for near term, follow up phone call to discuss time of arrival, call from technician before arrival, clean and neat. They investigated the problem and made a reasonable recommendation to save me money.
We had the perfect experience with Mr. Appliance. The technician was on time, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took our Bosch dryer apart, repaired a disconnected heat sensor, did and inspection, cleaned it where it needed, put it back together, test ran it, and cleaned up after himself; all in an hour. Top shelf all the way!
Excellent experience with the tech that came. Called ahead as requested, arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Was able to identify the problem with a brand new dishwasher not powering on. They rewired it and had it operational in less than 20 minutes. Definitely would use them again.
