The people here are always amazing and the their team always take good care of my baby. I do recommend bringing your pets here if they're not feeling well. They take extra special care of them here.

tl;dr: My Jude was well taken care of throughout her stay. This facility and the services available provided me with peace of mind (which is priceless imo). Overall, amazing.My Jude was very well taken care of! I boarded her for 13 days and had such peace of mind knowing she was safe and in good hands. I called a few times throughout her stay and staff had no issues providing me with updates regarding her well-being.Before leaving, I visited the store on the ground floor, staff was well-versed in feline products and very helpful.I will exclusively utilize this facility and their services from here on out.

My sweet Lily has a heart condition, and since the first day I brought her to Just Cats (whether for her medical condition/appointments, or general boarding) she was treated with unparalleled compassion and love, as if she were each team member's own kitty. I am forever grateful for the amazing staff and doctors at Just Cats, and couldn't recommend them more. Lily says thank you too <3
