Simply put, Lou is an expert at his craft. After years of struggling with our internet and going through multiple technicians with little improvement, we came across Incision Network on the Thumbtack app, and decided to reach out to see if we could finally get to the bottom of our issues.

Lou promptly responded, and was at our house within a few hours! This I knew was already a good sign.

He spent a great deal of time educating us on why exactly we were running into issues all these years and solved all of our internet issues in literally less than a day. He even offered to drop our old hardware off at Optimum for us.

Have had 3 'experts' try to fix my Outlook software issues. Lou came to my house, discussed the issues I was having and resolved all of them. Also fixed some intermittent problems that were making my computer act like a dinosaur. If you have a problem, don't look anywhere else for tech support.
