When you ask to have your clothes such as socks, undershirts,and underwear boxed, and everything comes back on hangars? That’s just lack of following directions. Not to mention, having a jacket that got a few splatters of coulis on it was not removed properly. When I got home, my wife took my jacket and got it out no problem! Once again…attention to detail! When spending $150 getting your laundry done, it should be done properly and as requested.

Service at this location is awesome! Folks are always super polite and accommodating. Saved my butt recently when I needed stuff in a tight timeline and almost missed the cutoff to pick it up.

Huge fan of Go Green in Stamford. We used them for laundry delivery while living in Harbor Point, which was super convenient but have continued with them despite moving further north in Stamford. We've done this because of timely, reliable delivery and wonderful customer service, specifically the team is great, headlined by Bianca, at turning around last minute requests. Just last month, I needed clothes laundered for a wedding and needed it turned around same day. NO questions asked it was done.Highly recommend!
