My little 15 month old girl was so miserable and her Pediatrician was booked / not open - I had no where to turn other than the ER and long wait times with my miserable child. Then I remembered Firefly! Her older brother, neighbors and extended family all were able to get good care quickly here before. I used the app and booked an appointment and got her in that day! The RN was super sweet, even though my daughter was freaking out. We saw the NP who was excellent and did a very thorough exam and history and this made me feel so much better to get through the weekend with my sick little girl - to have her listened to and checked. The nurses and doctors are always nice and ready to help. They are wonderful and they never make you wait. They treat you with respect and kindness. Firefly Pediatric Urgent Care is definitely the best!
