WHAT a Joke !!!! Twice I went here at their opening time ---first time the manager was 10 minutes late----next time 30 minutes late ! Both times I went there they did NOT have the stones I wanted...even though the stones were on display for sale. I'm going to go to another place for my mason supplies . Get your act together Ct Stone Supplies !!!
Waited an entire day for a load, only to be told at the end of the day they cannot deliver. I had a crew scheduled for the following day that I had to pay, who had no work to do without the stone. NEVER do business with this company.
TERRIBLE MANAGER. THE GUY IS BORED TO DEATH AND USELESS. I WAS HELPLESS THERE. THE MANAGER IS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD HELP AND HE DOESN'T CARE AT ALL COUNTING TIME TILL HE GOES HOME. VISITED THIS STORE IN 2021. CAME TO ANOTHER STOME COMPANY, AND THEY WERE DIFFERENT LIKE DAY AND NIGHT. NEVER GO THERE!!! WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT I SPENT PERHAPS AROUND $15,000 IN PARAMOUNT STONE AFTER TERRIBLE AND INCOMPETENT CT STONE MANAGER DID HIS BEST TO GET RID OF ME DESPITE ALL MY BEGGING FOR HELP. PARAMOUNT STONE IS FANTASTIC!!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU PROFESSIONAL ADVISE, TREAT YOU LIKE A VALUABLE CUSTOMER AND THEY HAVE THINGS IN STOCK. NO NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF THERE'S PARAMOUNT STONE....read full review
