Ester and Jack were very helpful at every step of the way. Ester gave me beautiful options for both quality and price for my wall to wall carpeting in all my bedrooms, hallway and stairs. I was somewhat concerned about the lighter color I chose, but Jack recommended a carpet cleaner, if needed, which works like magic and Ester pointed out how the lighter color would make my beautiful wood furniture pop! How right she was! It feels like I moved to a new home. I'm thrilled and I would never buy carpeting anywhere else!

I purchased a custom-made rug from Classic Carpet & Rug and was SO impressed by the high-quality customer service. The staff really do care about getting it right. The price was very reasonable, and the turnaround time was less than a week for my project. I highly recommend this business if you're in the market for rugs of ANY kind.
