I had Brian help me out twice for a couple of projects. Shortly after purchasing my first home I discovered a deteriorating foundation that was covered up by the previous owner. Brian's experience and knowledge helped me find a temporary solution to reinforce the foundation temporarily, enough for me to feel comfortable brining my family into the house for 3 years until I could find a permanent solution. I recently used him again to help me demolish the same home. He was a big help throughout the entire process. From getting the permit to final approval, everything went smoothly without issues. Highly recommend.
