Both my fiancé and I were beyond satisfied about Bill and his services. We had a fridge that stopped working properly--the freezer and the fridge stopped pumping cold air completely out of nowhere. On Wednesday after hours, I called and left a voicemail to two places, and the next morning (Thursday), only Bill called back and left a voicemail. On that same day (Thursday), Bill came exactly at when he said he would, between 2 pm and 4 pm. In fact, he arrived at 2 pm and buzzed our condo unit to be let in as per our instructions. Couldn't be happier with the service or recommend Bill's more enthusiastically. Tom Jr. made sure we got the service we needed as soon as possible and Ralph went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done right with zero issues. A great experience top to bottom - a true team of courteous professionals.
