As always, the staff was pleasant and professional. I was taking a back by the cost. I could’ve saved some money if I had only asked for a technician instead of a vet to administer the shot, but I was not informed of this when I phoned in for the appointment, I think the staff should inform the people of this when they’re making the appointment. It’ll save a lot of money.
Kind, welcoming staff, fit me in last minute twice now for 2 different pets. Saved one's life, performing emergency surgery to remove a large foreign body that had moved from his stomach to cause damage to his intestine. Services are broad, clinic is bright, clean, easy to get to.
I love the staff/vets here. They are very kind and compassionate. I've unfortunately lost a few ferrets and they are always accommodating and sweet to me. Another vet I go to is not this way, and they can be much more thorough than the other vet at times. Very Knowledgeable, I highly recommend Dr. Davies for ferret care! Only downside is the pricing, almsot double the price of the other ferret vets I've gone to. But the care is what makes me come back when I can afford it!
