“First off, I have to state the owner is super responsive. I had a situation where over the winter my pipes burst and I honestly didn't know who to turn to in crunch time, so I just gave it a shot and gave a call. To my surprise he was able to come out the same day and was able to complete the job. The came back to fix something else that I couldn't do myself. And on top of that I had another leak in which AGAIN he was able to come out the same day and fix it. Highly recommend him and his partner.“

He was done in about 15-20 minutes.<br>So, in summary, I called less than 12 hours ago for a leaky pipe. I was booked and the pipe was replaced on a weekend. Another company I reached out to never got back to me when I asked further questions about our setup even after they had done our recent AC work. Needless to say we will be sticking with Shaffer Beacon from here on our!We found out our unit was hooked up all wrong and Shaffer Beacon came within days to fix our situation. “I give this company 5 stars. I was in a real jam. My kitchen sink had failed, my garbage disposal was leaking, and I had no hot water to run my dishwasher. I called JMB and got Katie on the phone. I explained the situation and she had a service technician-Justin who was on the road out to my house within 20 minutes. I showed Justin the problems and he immediately went out to his truck and began working. He called the owner Jason who went to his supplier and got my brand-new goose neck faucet, handles and soap dispenser.
