“In Connecticut visiting my sister for a big birthday and of course wanted to make it memorable. Tattoo it is!! This was my first and her third. Suffice it to say, I started having second thoughts when we pulled up to Phoenix. HOWEVER, Jay helped to make the entire experience worth stepping outside of my box.
