“I brought in 1 formal dress, a jumpsuit and 2 pairs of pants to be hemmed (all non-Nordstrom garments). Donna was very patient and thorough in pinning up all of the garments and ensuring proper fit. I also didn't realize that Nordstrom's alterations department offers to ship the items back to you for free- this was a huge bonus for me, as I live out of state. I paid under $200 for all of the alterations and ironing plus shipping, which I thought was a great deal. Can't recommend Nordstrom tailoring enough!“
