The staff is experienced and works hard to motivate, challenge and support students of all learning styles and physical abilities. The multiple locations provide class time flexibility for when you need it. You can literally see students of all ages gain self-confidence, improve their strength and coordination, have fun, and make friends. She's made goals for herself and is determined to meet them, I have no doubt she will with everyone's guidance and lessons. The most impressive thing to me is the big kids helping out with the little kids. The patience, encouragement, and support they give the 3 and 4 years olds is incredible.I'm confident I chose the right school for my daughter. It's not just karate, these kids truly are learning life lessons...integrity, self control, respect, etc.“
“My son and I have learned so much from Master Paul. His teachings impact our lives beyond the class.“

220 N Colony Rd, Wallingford“My son (14.5 yrs old) has been training with Coach Mike at Performance Combat MMA for a little over 2 years now. He started with the Kids MMA program and now also trains with the adults in BJJ, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai. While he had some previous BJJ experience, he has improved so much in this time and he’s gained a lot of confidence in his abilities. He now competes regularly in BJJ competitions and has a kickboxing match under his belt with another on the horizon. My son loves it here! He’s found his sport and loves the crew he trains with here. Everyone is great, personable, and there’s a fantastic sense of camaraderie here. No egos and everyone helps each other out. Awesome gym atmosphere!Coach Mike is very knowledgeable and great with both the kids and adults, from training in the various disciplines, correlating techniques to self-defense vs competition, to fighter preparation and really knowing the regional fight scene. He has some great fighters competing out of the gym now and several promising up-and-comers in the wings.“

1264 Meriden Rd, Waterbury“This school (What is called a "Dojang" in Korean terminology) has been my home for over thirty years. My mother and two of my brothers received black belts from this school, I am a third degree black belt at this school, and my wife and my daughter have been training here for several years. This is a school full of intelligent, caring instructors who train to one's ability, and know how to bring them to another level of that ability. My daughter has learned self-control, self-respect, and respect for others because partly of the training she has received at the Beaudoin Academy of Karate. My wife started in her mid-30s and she has seen an uptick in her balance, strength, and coordination since joining. Martial Arts is good for children and adults and this school successfully caters to both. You cannot go wrong by signing up to learn from the Beaudoin Academy of Karate.“

“Master Oh is the best! You can see and feel that he really cares for his students, especially young kids. Yes, he is tough but he is also caring at the same time. I've known Master Oh for the past 7 years or so and he is the same as the first day I met him. Look no further, if you live in the area, this is the best martial art school.“
