I relocated my massage therapy practice into Factory Square in 2017, and we have grown into a massage therapy continuing education studio holding classes live in studio and streaming virtually across the country.Working with Florian Properties is like working with family. They tend to every aspect of operations, work with their tenants, and continue to serve the needs of the entire community. Every person that comes to the studio find the building esthetically beautiful, and love supporting all of the businesses in the area. With all of their properties, Florian repurposes construction materials and do their best to maintain the beauty and the functionality.

My experience with Florian Properties, specifically with Christian was absolutely great. No issues at all. When I first researched Florian Properties for our new studio space for my small business, Christian answered right away and we spoke for a while about properties that he felt may work for me when I explained what I was looking. Memory serves me, that same day I initially called him, we met up and went looking at properties that same day...looked at a bunch until I found the one that we rented officially.
