This was the absolute worst health care experience to date. After a significantly long wait (even with an appointment), my son was finally seen. The doctor hand wrote an illegible note, after she asked by 12 year old a couple questions. Can you hear ok? Can you see ok? Do you feel ok? Ok, I guess we are good here. Less than 5 minutes and the "physical" was done. Oh but wait, they couldn't effectively enter insurance information, they had to call after the visit and fix whatever they did. They don't mail billing statements, but you immediately get peppered with calls that appear like spam, the person on the other end barely can speak English. When they asked for my email so they can send a statement, they confirmed by email which was apparently on file, NOPE, totally incorrect, just like my insurance information they couldn't enter correctly. Place was dirty, delayed, rude, not professional and should never be considered a place to go for true health care needs. I am surprised it is in business, but this will not be my only report.
MOST PATHETIC place I've ever been too. got there at 12:45 for my appt time. they got me in the room for 1:00 they gave me a strep test never returned to the room. 3:00 hit and I was fed the fuck up i walked out and I asked the lady why i was sitting there for 2 hours and she was silent couldn't even reply to me. I told her to cancel whatever the hell that was and I walked out. NEVER EVER VISIT THEM SORRY EXCUSE FOR DOCTORS
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! If I could give this place negative ten stars I would. The absolute WORST place to go. No one at the Southington and the Waterbury locations does their job. I've been waiting literally weeks for a pre-authorization for a medication. They can't even send over electronically to the pharmacy my prescription in a timely manner. I'm waiting DAYS for that. Every time I call them to follow up on my prescriptions I'm told they'll handle it that day and they will call me back with an update. Then guess what....they go ghost!! I have to call them AGAIN!! I've been calling them for TWO WEEKS now to get my prescriptions filled. At this rate dealing with them I'll need high blood pressure medication added because of their high level of incompetence!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT ANY MEDICAL FACILITY!!!!!! Day 12 and still waiting for the Southington office to submit a simple preauthorization to get needed medication filled at the pharmacy!
