Nick and Crystal Restoration Services are helping me to deal with a possible mold situation. He has been very polite, professional and responsive. I am hopeful that it will be resolved very soon.

Had a pipe burst and whole house was flooded. Put claim into my insurance and the owner came out the same day to assess the water damage. Told us the areas and explained what the process would be and his team would be out the next day. The Team was Very Professional and explained what they would be doing also. They had riped out carpets..baseboards...and walls...disinfected all the areas put 10 fans in the rooms to dry the water out...in less than 5 hours. I Would Highly Recommend This Company.

My insurance company recommended Crystal Restoration Services of N.E. after a pipe sprung a leak in our finished basement. I was given a 4 hour window for a phone call from them by the insurance company. Project Manager Steve called within an hour and was at our house around 45 minutes later to assess the situation. He sent out a 3 man crew who were friendly and hard working. They pulled out and took away all of the damaged flooring, mopped up the water and left blowers and a big commercial dehumidifier to continue the work of drying the floor up completely.
