They really do amazing work! They did my son's Senior photos a couple years ago and I will go back to have my daughter's done too. The props/backgrounds inside and out were pretty cool. Plus I had a few of both kids together and a couple with our dogs (since we haven't done that in a very long time) Only got 4 stars because of how really expensive the pricing is. Its really more of a 4.5 stars. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap, but I just didn't expect what it was in total when it came to pick packages and/or prints. Hands down! Art Rich has went ABOVE and BEYOND! I am SO happy with our experience for my daughter's senior school pictures and glad our high school has them as the official photographer for the yearbook. Even with the astronomical number of calls and emails they get, they find a way to get back to every single one in a very timely manner and with a nice tone in their voices when I would expect them to be pulling out their hair! I know I contacted them at least 4 times, and each time the responses I received or the contact on the phone were nothing but pleasant, patient and accommodating. Amazing photography studio ran by kind people. Only issue was the booking process since it some effort to get a hold of someone. But, that is to be expected with a popular local business.
