The district manager Eliza is amazing and Personally reached out to me when I had an issue with a security guard and not only resolve the issue, but went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer!! I am so impressed by her customer service and how kind she is that I will definitely continue to be a regular!! Raquel also is so sweet and so accommodating anytime I go!! She Always gives me An instant confident and she is the sweetest thing! Thank you to the both of you for all that you do!!!

Brought my girlfriend here to get her hair done and the stylist Isaiah was extremely kind and very professional. Not to mention the work he did was phenomenal. 10/10 experience must try!

Stop with the credit card sales pitch at the register when you are paying. Super annoying when you want to pay and leave and sales person will not stop pushing that card. I dread going there because I know it's coming. Even after I say no thank you.... read full review
