I had my dental cleaning with Elaine today at Southern Connecticut Dental Group, and she was absolutely fantastic. She’s thorough, gentle, and explains everything as she goes, which made me feel completely at ease. My teeth have never felt cleaner. Since Brittany, my hygenist, who was wonderful left, I have had a different hygenist each time I go. No one has notified me before the appointment that it will be with a different hygenist. Today I called to rescheduled an appointment, and was told I couldn't get a hygenist until 3 months later. I've been going for years to this office. Doesn't seem right. Very disappointed.
The staff at Southern Connecticut Dental is amazing! From the ladies at the desk where you check in, to the care that you receive. My hygienist Elaine is friendly, gentle, and thorough in my cleanings and Dr. Ally is also professional and puts me at ease immediately.
