So happy I had the opportunity to start my aesthetics career in the institute, I had the most wonderful, supportive colleagues and instructors. Always received great advice and felt so guided by my instructor Lori , so sad I recently had to say goodbye but so thankful I chose the institute of aesthetics for my learning. It took me 2 years to finally make the decision to pursue my passion. I looked into every school in CT and even into NY but this school was exactly what I was looking for. The focus of this school is to teach you everything about skin. If you want to learn skin, this is the school! Understanding the fundamentals and foundations of skin is THE MOST important thing to learn in order to succeed in this field and in treating different skin types and conditions. Julie, Kathy & Lori are amazing! They are wellsprings of knowledge and have an abundance of experience. You get tons of hands on training so that when you leave here and start your career, you are comfortable and ready to just get out there. I'm soo grateful for this school and everything I was able to learn here. I already knew a lot coming in but I allowed myself to be a sponge and to absorb any and everything they taught so that I could be better at what I love. There are many schools out there that jump right into teaching students all of these advanced aesthetics treatments. But without the proper foundation you will actually do more harm than good. This school provides you with that foundation. I can't rave about this place enough!! The best decision and investment in myself and my future that I've made. Thank you ladies for embracing me!
