Got a same day appointment for an issue that turned out to be misdiagnosed elsewhere. Dr. Filchak took the time to make sure I knew what was going on and how to remedy it. All of the staff I interacted with were extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of eyecare.
What a pleasant experience! Staff was so helpful with all of my questions prior to coming in and once I arrived! Wonderful to come into an office full of happy and super nice staff! Would highly recommend this office!
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Filchak for 25 years. Now living in New Haven, it's worth the trip to Southbury for professional staff, caring doctor, wide selection and excellent patient care and customer service.
