I trained w/ Brian from last May 2022 thru early 2023. Not only was he great to work with, he is encouraging, knowledgeable, funny and straightforward. He makes training/working out fun and worthwhile. I learned a lot and continue to put into practice what he taught me (from what I can remember). He would fit me into his schedule 9/10 times, even on short notice. If he couldn't, I would go to PF or take a night off. The only reason I stopped going was a financial one. When I started, I was in a better financial position. But as time went on, my situation changed. He and Joni were very accommodating and understanding of my situation. We started at Body Physics 2 years ago and it has been the best 2 years so far. Brian is very knowledgeable and trains us hard. He always mixes it up, makes it fun and listens to us on what we want to improve. He works with us, if we have an injury or need to work on a specific body part. The best part of Body Physics is that it is a one on one training- just you and the trainer! We didn't want the big crowded gym environment anymore where you fight for equipment. Here you can do anything you want with no crowds.

Body Physics is the quintessential local business. The location is ideal, the trainers are highly knowledgeable and the owner is professional and accommodating. I have had phenomenal experiences with both one on one training and group settings. This truly is a one place fits all exercise experience for anyone from a mobility level beginner to a Division 1 athlete. I cannot recommend Body Physics enough.
