JC Construction did an excellent job replacing the vinyl siding on my home. They walked my wife and I through the whole process and offered many different styles and quality materials to choose from. The crew were polite, worked hard and efficiently, and were always available to answer any of our questions. Their workmanship was precise and detail oriented.

I needed my very old well pump to be repaired. It's been "repaired" a ton of times and it has always been sooo expensive. I called them and they returned my call promptly, arrived the next day. They replaced my gauge and cleaned the pressure switch and even replaced my water filter. They cost me a 1/3 of what the other companies charged me for this same service. I will never use anyone else but Tim's team! Thank you so much!
Shower door and mirror are absolutely fabulous! Our bathroom shower door is so beautiful and we are so happy. They are very professional and helpful and everything turned out perfect. I highly highly recommend them for any of your glass needs shower door needs you will totally be happy.

I was having an issue with one of my hearing aids. Called Hearing Aid Specialists and got an appointment the same day with Aida. After checking the hearing aid, Aida retested me and found that my hearing had diminished. She upgraded both hearing aids and resolved the issue. The staff is professional, caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hearing Aid Specialists.
The doctors and medical assistants are very compassionate and professional. The office staff not so much. For my first appointment, I was not given any paperwork or instructions prior to my appointment. I was not prepped for a 2 hour appointment. Major failure in communication. Upon arriving, I checked in with a receptionist that was half wearing a mask and proceeded to sniffle and wipe her nose with her hand and then handle my documents! Absolutely gross! Either wear the mask or take it off. Half measures are useless.
I just had the best experience with Cindy from the business office. She went above and beyond to help get my MRI located and transferred to my orthopedic surgeon. She spent over 40 minutes on the phone to get this done because "others" at a branch office were not getting the job done or answering their phones for over two hours. Now, because of Cindy's persistence I will be able to keep my appointment knowing my films and report will be available for the doctor. If it wasn't for Cindy that would not have happened and my office visit to the doctor would have been for naught. Kudos to Cindy in the business office at Naugatuck Valley Radiology Southbury branch. 5 Stars well deserved.

I looooovee this place. First of all, the aesthetic is amazing. Secondly, everyone is friendly which can be hard to find at times. Third, my stylist Alix was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the process of getting a very new hairstyle which I've always wanted to try. She gave me great information about how to care for my hair and I felt like I've known her for years. I really appreciate how down to earth she was and how comfortable she made me feel. I would highly recommend her and this salon to everyone looking for the perfect spot!

This place is special! I had just moved back to my hometown of Southbury after 16 years and was in desperate need of a hairstylist. Yet, not just any hairstylist. I was in the end stages of telogen effluvium at the time, which is a scalp condition where your hair falls out. Mine was due to extreme emotional and physiological stress. Colleen answered the phone when I called and from that moment on pampered me. I had lost a good 2/3 of what was a nice thick head of hair. Thankfully, I still had some left to work with. I decided to cut it all of and Colleen shaped it into a gorgeous tousled lob and created a beautiful copper color. I was given the 5 star treatment the whole time while having great conversation. I will be back and I will be referring those I know. Thanks Colleen!
So pleased! One of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten! Tina truly took all my inspiration pictures and adapted them to my hair perfectly! She was incredibly thorough, and checked in with me at each stage to make sure I was happy with how things looked. I can’t recommend her enough!
I’ve been having Caterina as my stylist for about a year or so. I couldn’t be more pleased with her expertise and personal touch. My hair has never been as healthy and shiny as it is now. The salon is top-shelf too. It’s extremely modern, spotless and offers hair care, nail services, makeup and hair supplies and a bit of jazzy ready-to-wear clothing.
As an added benefit was having Jessica apply the hair conditioner and glaze. She was extremely professional and I enjoyed a short and pleasant head/neck massage.
I recommend these ladies as well as the salon. They will not disappoint.

I had previously been to 2 other barbers in Southbury - both were ok - however, on a recent recommendation by my son, I decided to try Southbury Barber Shop - my cut by Gia was GREAT - explained what I wanted and it was done to perfection - I'm sure the other barbers are fine as well but Gia will definitely be my 'go to' from now on - professional and personable :)
I’ve been here about 4 times already & will continue to come here! The atmosphere is warm & friendly, many regulars, and they do a great job! It’s more than the place I had been going to, but it’s well worth it. My nails hold up for at least 3 weeks (Gel Manicure) and the polish stays looking great for a while! They take their time too!
I absolutely ADORE Victoria Nails. Every single person on staff is incredibly talented in creating the vision you have for your nails. I have been getting the dip powder for about 8 months, and it lasts 3+ weeks every time! Their pedicures are fabulous as well! I cannot speak highly enough about Victoria Nails.

She is honest when I ask her which colors would look best on me and is very meticulous. She also is sure to bring in the newest trends and colors and offers them right away! I injured my pelvis in a car accident around 10 years ago. I have had chronic back pain for 10 years straight with little relief. I have seen chiropractors, massage Therapists, bought a hot tub, got an inversion table, and purchased every possible tool on the market to try to fix the pain. I started going to optimum performance and seeing Nikki who What is the first massage therapist who seemed to actually care About my back pain and not just getting me in and out. She knows exactly what muscles cause pain in what areas and how to relieve the pain. I have had probably over 1000 massages. Mind you I’m only 33 years old. I also suffer from an autoimmune illness that affects my cartilage. The relief I fell after seeing Nikki was substantial enough to Continue to see her. I was able to go Over three weeks before my next massage. I ended up with back pain., My blood pressure was very high. My heart rate was 146, I booked an appointment with Lindsey. I hadn’t been a client of Lindsey’s before and I booked the appointment for lymphatic drainage Started getting edema from inflammation. Lindsey asked me how I feel today I replied not good at all My back was hurting so bad. She gave me an amazing deep tissue massage and pointed out exactly what muscle was causing The issue. Then proceeded with the lymphatic drainage. I have ankles! lol I never realized how much edema and inflammation are related and now I’m feeling Great between the deep massage and the lymphatic drainage. I walked in there in about 7/10 pain. I can honestly say I stood up after massage with zero out of 10 pain. I feel great. I recommend Optimum Performance over and over again. I love Nikki and Lindsey!! Dave the owner is also very knowledgeable and personable. I live in Southbury and I could you know if I moved hours away I would Still drive to this place. This isn’t just a massage. I had my first neck/shoulder massage tonight with Maria. My neck feels so much better. She even identified the exact muscle giving me trouble in my neck. I have been having neck pain for months and tried a heating wrap, neck stretcher, special pillow, etc. Maria’s 30 min massage has left me feeling the best in a long time! Will be back next week.
