I finally decided to try electrolysis and scheduled appointments with two electrologists. After my appointment with Cathy, I stopped looking. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and quick. Cathy responds to phone and texts promptly and schedules appointments so there is zero overlap between clients. Your scheduled appointment time is when you will begin. I am pleased to have found Cathy and look forward to the process.

Excellent service, she is very professional and very punctual with her appointments. I feel comfortable when she is doing her work. I have gone for Brazilian wax, eye flashes and face treatment.

I saw Cathy for the first time today. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She performed electrolysis on my chin and even gave me skin care advice without any hidden fees. It just goes to show she goes that extra mile in providing holistic care. Not pushy at all, but does inform you of all available services and its benefits. I'm looking forward to my next appointment and trying out some other services in the future!
