We went with AB Heating and Cooling SIX (6) years ago. We've loved EVERY year that it has been in our home.They are better than good. "Damn Good"!He's done more than most HVAC types. Temperature and Humidity are constantly in Balance. We’ve had our unit is inspected and maintained annually by a great terrific serviceman (Alex) who’s a dedicated technician!

I've had a few issues with my geothermal unit in the past and A&B always resolved them without fail in a timely and highly professional manner. I recently encountered a problem due to the extremely cold weather/water and their Tech did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. I highly recommend A&B Cooling & Heating and although I'd rather not need to call them, if I do need them, I know I'm in good hands.

I am extremely pleased with A&B knowledge, service, and responsiveness. A while ago Guy and crew repaired my geothermal heat pump system that they found was inadequately installed and serviced by the now insolvent installation contractor. Problems with the heat pump were addressed and corrected immediately and to my satisfaction. Most recently during the cold weather snap my unit shut down the heating mode but fortunately provided an error message. By telephone, Guy was able to diagnose the problem and correctly walked me through the fix which not only displays his skill set, but also A&B's compassion to get me back on line as quickly as possible.
