I’ve been ordering starbrite for 20+ years. Huge fan of them. Recently I ordered 25 bottles of ink, some very rare colors that don’t get used often. So when 10 of them came expiring within a year I wasn’t happy. I know I’d be throwing them out mostly full. I contacted them and Brittany answer me and remedied my problem and sent me new ones. This is what professionalism looks like from a top tier company. This is why I’ll be sticking with you the next 20’years. Ty

Love these guys, just wish we could order from their website. Its always down. We've tried from multiple computers and phones and we can't get anything to load up. We have let them know several times and yet, no change.

I live in Toronto Canada, was skeptical at first buying the bishop wand shader from a 3rd party store. But honestly my experience was amazing, they got back to me super quick and answered all my questions. Shipping was super smooth and came exactly when it said it would. I Would definitely strongly recommend any artist to buy from this store.
